Since 2022, DocStop has been presenting the DocStop Award every year. With this award, we want to honour companies from the transport, industry and trade sectors that offer facilities and services that benefit truck drivers above and beyond the norm.
What services are being honoured?
Many companies in the transport industry, but also in industry and trade, take care of truck drivers, for example by providing free showers, fitness and health offers, medical care and much more. We want these good examples to set a precedent. That is why we honour the best companies with the annual DocStop Award and thus make their positive, driver-friendly commitment public.
Who can apply?
All companies that go above and beyond the call of duty to promote the health, well-being and general living conditions of professional drivers are eligible to participate. Since the DocStop Award is presented in various categories, companies from the transport and logistics industry can apply, as can companies from the loading industry, freight villages and logistics hubs or container and intermodal terminals. Excluded are petrol stations, service stations, truck stops, accommodation providers and other companies whose business purpose is to provide for, cater to or accommodate truck drivers. It is not only companies that can apply for the award themselves. Truck drivers can also use the form to suggest companies for the award.
The 2025 application phase ends on 30/03/2025. The award ceremony will take place at Transport Logistik 2025 in Munich and will be announced on the DocStop website, on Facebook and in the transport industry media.
